By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement under applicable Indian law to use the Platform. If you place an order for another person, household, or group, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or place orders through it.
3. Services Covered
The Platform may be used for one or more of the following services, subject to availability:
- dine-in order support or table-related service requests;
- takeaway order placement and pickup;
- local food delivery within serviceable zones;
- special orders, handi orders, or group orders where enabled;
- loyalty, offers, promotions, or repeat-order features.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Platform, you agree to:
- provide true, current, and complete information;
- use your own valid mobile number or other authorised contact information;
- keep your address, saved details, and order instructions accurate;
- maintain the confidentiality of any login or verification mechanism used by you;
- use the Platform only for lawful, genuine, and personal ordering purposes;
- inspect your order at delivery or pickup as reasonably possible.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- place false, speculative, abusive, or fraudulent orders;
- impersonate another person or misuse another person's contact details;
- attempt unauthorised access to any account, data, or system;
- interfere with the Platform's security, performance, or integrity;
- misuse coupons, offers, credits, or refund systems;
- use automated scraping, copying, or reverse engineering beyond lawful personal use.
6. Accounts and Access
Certain Platform features may require account creation, guest verification, or phone-based access. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account, session, or device, except to the extent caused by our own proven fault.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict any account, device, or session where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, repeated failed deliveries, or violation of these Terms.
7. Orders, Menu, and Availability
Menu items, images, descriptions, portions, pricing, delivery fees, taxes, and availability are displayed for convenience and may change without prior notice. Display of an item does not guarantee availability at the time of ordering.
Your submitted order is treated as a request to purchase. The order is accepted only once the restaurant confirms or begins valid internal processing of the order. We may reject, modify, or cancel an order if items are unavailable, the delivery address is outside our operating zone, the payment remains unconfirmed, or we suspect misuse.
8. Payments
Supported payment methods are shown on the Platform. Online payments are processed through Razorpay and associated banking partners. We do not store full card details, CVV, PIN, OTP, internet banking credentials, or full UPI credentials on our own servers.
Successful payment does not automatically guarantee order acceptance if the order must still be reviewed for item availability, distance, timing, serviceability, or other operational concerns.
9. Delivery, Delay, and Fulfilment Conditions
Delivery times shown on the Platform are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, road conditions, festivals, staffing, high order load, customer location accuracy, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but we do not guarantee an exact delivery timeline. We are not liable for reasonable delays caused by traffic, weather, order volume, force majeure events, customer unreachability, or inaccurate address information.
You must remain reachable on the contact number provided and ensure that the delivery address and landmark are sufficiently accurate. If delivery fails because the address is materially incorrect, access is unavailable, or you are unreachable after reasonable attempts, the order may be treated as failed on the customer side and may become non-refundable subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Food Quality, Allergies, and Customer Care
Customers are encouraged to review menu details and contact the restaurant before ordering if they have allergies, ingredient restrictions, or specific dietary concerns. While we take reasonable care, our kitchen may process common allergens, and allergen-free outcomes cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us.
11. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, content, menu presentation, photographs, text, design, software, and app assets on the Platform belong to Zamindars Cafe and Restaurant or its licensors. You may use the Platform only for personal and lawful ordering. No commercial reuse is permitted without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from a particular order will ordinarily be limited to the amount actually paid for that affected order.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from Platform use, temporary unavailability, or delivery delays caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
13. Suspension, Closure, and Operational Controls
We may suspend ordering, restrict deliveries, disable specific payment methods, or temporarily close the ordering system due to maintenance, holidays, compliance requirements, safety concerns, staff shortage, high volume, or force majeure events. Ordering status shown on the Platform is controlling for that period.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
All cancellation and refund matters are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Telangana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.
